The hotel is well located just 1 block away from Av. Paulista. Room was spacious. Free internet access. Bathroom and furniture need to be refurbished. Coffeeshop has to be modernized. Is not very inviting. Breakfast OK. Frontdesk service prompt and efficient.

Located in safe area. Free use of internet. Good breakfast. Room is very large but basic. TV has no remote control. Staff speak little English.

A very good standard 4-star hotel in an excellent and safe location for tourists. Within a couple of minutes walk from two metro stations, the MASP gallery and restaurants. Rooms (and beds!) are huge, staff very helpful and speak good English, although one young lady on reception needed some customer service skills training - she never smiled, rarely spoke and gave wrong information when she did utter some words! Other staff were excellent. Definitely recommended, especially at the [your website] rate!

This hotel is a good choice for your stay in SP : very big rooms, clean, correctly priced and extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The room was massive. The bed was firm. The Paulista location was ideally located. The staff were very helpful. The free internet in the lobby was a definite plus, as was the mini-fridge in the room.
