This is the second time I have stayed at this property and there have been good changes since the last stay. The rooms have been renovated and the property has undergone a facelift, now much more modern and fresh. Great location and lovely outdoor area.

The first room we were given was room 645 and we were greeted by a large Asian cockroach. The second room we got was 655 and the bathroom floor was always flooded because the shower head sprayed water onto the edge of the tub and water just drip to the floor uncontroled.

The hotel provides everything you could need. The only complaint I have is that very little information was forthcoming when we booked in regarding the services that the hotel offered. We did'nt find out for two days that a shuttle bus was provided to go to and from Georgetown. We also wanted to visit the fireflys (on a guided tour) but they would not offer any info. As a result we arranged it ourselves. Meals were up to standard. I did mention to staff that the downstairs ladies toilet in the foyer needed attention. I guess I had to take into consideration that the hotel was full but I felt that they could have taken more interest. Apart from these couple of issues I would recommend that hotel for anyone who wants to stay there.
