Positive points: staff are friendly, the hotel is clean. Necative points: the hotel is at the edge of the city, the same breakfast everyday,advisory note in the room not to bring any food or drink to the hotelm, wifi need to ask everyday,water heater in the room a) risky b) limited amount of hot water

On first impression looks like an average-age hotel. But beyond the first floor, everything was old. Breakfast was poor. Permanent stains in bathtub, and peeling wood from furniture. Dissappointing for its price. However, plus points were the good, friendly service. But it was centrally located, so no complaints there. If you don't mind older facilites, this is for you.

No facilities for boiling hot water, have to ask from room service and take long time for waiter to send to the room. Security ask so many question when we bring along the guest.If you booking with the internet dont forget to bring along all document because they will charge normal room rate. Lot of explanation have to be done to thier supervisor.

The hotel seems to have recently undergone new renovations. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was delicious although portions were quite small [4 french fries/hamburger). The hotel is within walking distance to the Ayala center with shopping and movies. There is also a Kareoke bar across the street. The desk had no change for 500 peso bill and up and the exchange rate was 75% of what it was at the bank one block away. One of the friendliest bell hop service in Asia.
