Great! reception on arrival thank you very friendly and welcoming. Rooms great, food in restuarant good, location good. Can thoroughly recommend.

A basic form of accomadation, room could of done with a decent lux, as in corners and around doorways were dusty .pillows on beds were uncomfortably hard! Staff very friendly especially in the restaurant.

Disappointed with the Internet Hot Spot Service. The service is external to Golden Gate not Vista friendly and needed a credit card. In a where did you go to at the weekend discussion in a workplace on Tuesday 3 otheres expressed the same comment regarding the ISP that Golden Gate use.
