A great little oasis in a beautiful location just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. Staff were very helpful, in fact sometimes even a little too helpful, but this seemed to be our experience with most people we met in Cambodia. Would stay there again

Nice hotel in a walking distance from old market (5min), a bit pricey. the breakfast is a bit short with no many options, it is oriented to charge you for every single extra item. there is wifi but not computers available.

Rooms are spacious and excellent design. Signboards needs to be more prominent along the roads leading the hotel, the pathway to hotel is very bad, the breakfast is very sad with only two options Bread one and Egg one very bad choice. everyday cannot have the same rock hard baugette and crossiant. Please improve on the breakfast choices.

This is a rather bizarre hotel. We had booked a room in the boutique hotel but A/C was only on the lower level where the bed was and the upper level with lounge, bathroom and TV was like an oven, reached by a narrow and precarious set of stairs. Our comments were dealt with promptly by the manager who gave us a much better room on one level in the resort section. However none of the doors fitted and we think a herd of elephants were partying in the room above. We spent 6 nights in the hotel and two whole days in the room thanks to a very virulent stomach upset contracted at the Angkor Palm restaurant. A DVD player was listed under amentities but it took a while to get one. Tuk tuks booked through the hotel are rather expensive as they are bsed on fixed routes. Might be better to go down the road and negotiate a daily rate. Artwork in bar and rooms is very weird. A kettle in the room would be a useful touch. This could be a very good hotel with just a little work to get it right.
