With a late arrival to Hong Kong airport, we didn't want to pay too much for a hotel and wanted to relax a bit so instead of heading into the city, we did a left turn down to the Hong Kong Gold Coast. What a great decision. The hotel is 'resort like' for weddings and conferences. We arrived by taxi after a long day, checked in to a comfortable room, with french doors and spectacular views from the balcony as big as the room! We could see the twinkling lights of the airport across the water. Not too late for a walk we strolled down to the local 'compact' shopping mall and had a bite to eat. Next day we took a free shuttle and then the MTR to Disneyland. This would be an ideal hotel to explore more of Lantau island, we had two nights but would have enjoyed a longer stay. On departure, we took the free shuttle into Kowloon with our luggage and were able to walk to our next hotel. Other guests were on the shuttle to go shopping or exploring in the city. Excellent value. In summary: Good for Lantau island - Cable Car, Big Buddha, Disneyland and exploring to the left of the airport as well as day trips to the city. Restful resort hotel, spacious and more holiday than business like. Nice pool & beach setting.

Rooms are smelly despite no smoking. No free shuttle to Tsuen Wan or Tsim Sha Shui for guests paying a promotional rate. Why the discrimination? Also no free or cheap shuttle bus from HK airport to hotel. Should consider providing free or discounted breakfast in the package.

Excellent Hotel! Very nice sea view. Very clean, very confortable! Pitty that is too far away from the city center, aprox 18Km, 1 hour drive! They have direct shuttle from the airport, it cost around 10Euros/person.

A clean and nice hotel. The Superior rooms are very spacious and have lots of ample space to move about. The facilities are good except the location is a bit far from the city. The staff are friendly and helpful.
