The owners should spend some time in other hotels and check out the minimum level of refurbishment of old properties. This one needs work! The bathroom and kitchenette were pretty bad.

Good clean spacious accomodation. Bathroom could do with updating but again it was clean. Fridge and fan provided which was great for the heat wave! Good breakfast included in price. Al in all great value for money and would definately stay again. Thanks.

Very clean room - noisy if facing the main road but everything else is excellent value for money. Would stay here again

Nice little hotel bang in middle of city, excellent service, very polite staff, spacious rooms with good facilities and overall great value for money.

This hotel was good value for London and in a central and quiet (not too touristy) location. As I was a single however the room was very small with single bed - but hey this is London so what do you expect! Staff were friendly and there is the bonus of free wi-fi although it didn't work in my room. Still staff were unworried at me sitting there in the lobby going through my emails. Breakfast included in price although why can't they have some brown bread? White plastic bread is the order of the day in many hotels in London in this price range sadly. Wouldn't cost them anymore and looks less stingy. Otherwise OK. Room facilities good with fridge and teamaking facilities. This is what I look for and location in London and of course price, Wi fi a real plus for a work trip.

Good location near Oxford Street, reasonably priced room, and great breakfast served by friendly staff. Thought we should have had ensuite facilities, but we were expected to share the bathroom with occupants of the adjoining room. However, no one was booked into the other room, so worked out well. Traffic noise for most of the night as the room overlooked the main road.
