Globe Hotel Hobart Guest Reviews
Very friendly staff make you feel welcome. This is very basic accommodation but does the trick. Great location allows you to walk to all of Hobart's main attractions. Only negative was the sink in my room was not working. Taps were turned off so there was no water in the room for cleaning teeth or boiling a jug.

Very old and rusty hotel. No housekeeping service throughout my 5 nights stay. No lights (power supply) in the bathroom at night. Location of hotel is too far away from city centre.

Staff member opened up after hours to accomodate. Thank you very much for your extra help. Web did not say Hotel closed at 8pm.

Stayed in a one room apartment, small but clean and modern, very good location and helpful service. Good price, would consider staying again.

We found the Globe Hotel to be a cheaper place to stay in Hobart. However, maintenance is very poor, strip heater falling off wall, Fan heater did not work nor smoke detector.Toilets & Showers down the hall clean & O.K. Breakfast room supplies inadequate, no service. Pricing no cheaper than painted on Hotel wall. We had to catch a taxi to City center. Car parking available.
