The Hotel was conveniently located in the center walking distance to most place. However, they lost my reservation and I thought I might have to book another Hotel. The staff did not seem to care that it was a mistake on their part. The room was the size of a closet. When I asked about another room I was told that they were not available at the internet price. The breakfast buffet was very nice.... I do not think I would stay here again.

I booked numerous rooms for my Group arriving from the USA. A week before my group arrived I checked with the hotel and they had only partial reservations. After several days of e mails and telephone calls the issue was cleared up. The staff and management was not very clear as to how to correct the issue. Unfortunately, all my guests had double occupancy and they were given the smallest rooms with minimal room for luggage. (Inadequate for two people.) Great location, but it seems they staff caters to Latin American tourists with different expectations. The best rooms are with the view of Julio 9 and the Obelisk...with a great view of the city., It would seem they were not offered when booking on line... The hotel is ideally located in the center and walking distance to many attractions ... The breakfast is a a very nice buffet. Also note... there is WiFi and you will be charged a nominal rate... The Wi Fi in the lobby is free... and they do have a very nice lower lounge area where you can sit and do work.
