Extremely friendly with great hospitality. Arrived at 1 am and they took the pain to serve sandwiches and bears!

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent choices of food. The staff were smart and courteous. Our room overlooked the river Ness, we will return to this delightful hotel.
