Conveniently located;Car parking a problem, having to ask for and return a key on every entry/exit. Hole in wardrobe door, light switches pushed in, scratched flooring.Iron did not work, borrowed one from neighbouring appt.Oven difficult to figure out.Pleasant concierge, helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff - who found solutions to problems promptly and creatively - Apartments fitted with everything you could need, although instructions for the bewildered about the various appliances could help. The only thing that was lacking - was the kind of 'live in' extras like CDs books and maybe a DVD or two - whilst accepting that tastes differ I DID find my self reading listings magazine several times over :)
