Girassol Hotel Funchal Guest Reviews
The hotel was clean and pleasant although the facilities could do with a little updating. Tne rooms have been updated and only thing missing from the rooms is airconditioning otherwise excellent. the breakfast is satisfactory. The best location however signage needs to be improved as it is very difficult to find when arriving. I would recommend this hotel based on its location and nice rooms.

An older hotel. Rooms dated but spacious. Had two pools and an outside bar with reasonable food and drink prices. Small pleasant gardens Inside bar was smokey. Reasonable buffet breakfast, staff pleasant and helpful. Surprised at no tea and coffee facilities in room.
