Getting There & Around
There are several airports linking Lindau with the world, the closest being Friedrichshafen just 22 km from the city. Stuttgart, Monaco and Zurich are all less than 200 km away, and from any of these airports it is an easy drive, shuttle or train journey to the town.
There is a bus service that runs through the town, but to enjoy the area to the fullest, consider walking around the old city or hire a bicycle and take a leisurely ride around the town.
