Getting There & Around
The Hanover-Langenhagen Airport is the closest international airport, 35 km (22 miles) from Celle. There are regular intercity trains from both Hanover and Hamburg to Celle, and the main B3 road runs through the city.
CeBus operates a major bus network in town and the surrounding vicinities; taxis are also available. Visitors can take a horse-drawn coach around the main sights. Aldstadt, the Old Town, is largely a pedestrian zone and easy to walk around.
