Front of office staff, at check-in, were abrupt and very unwelcoming. the stair well to the car-park were ill lit and very dirty.

Handy location esp with tram and rail line 100m away. Also close to Fitzroy Gardens which were lovely to walk around in the morning. Parking space very tight.

The parking for our car was NOT GOOD, In fact impossible.

The hotel is in a good location, however it does not accommodate four wheel drives.

The bathroom was very old and needs updating,the curtains did not close properly in the bedroom. The iron provided was filthy and unable to be used.
