I only require a decent bed and a hot shower normally. Unfortunately they failed to deliver on the later (no hot water). Further when I informed them it did not seem their most urgent of priorities - Disappointing.....

Everything was good, except that the location was a bit noisy (in the middle of downtown) and you could hear people shouting on the street through the night. The carpet and blanket didn't seem very clean. No automatic air conditioning, just a radiator to heat up the room and was very hard to control. But it is Europe, I guess you cannot expect more for the price!

I would stay at the hotel again - the staff were excellent.

The hotel location was very central, however being on the main road there was a lot of noise late Friday and Saturday night. The heating in the room was not working and took three complaints to have them rectify this by putting a portable electric heater in the room. Good value for money for the price we paid
