Nice location, possibility to park your car free of charge just near the door. Next time in Milan I will stay in this hotel again!

This is the second time I'mstaying in this hotel because of it's location & how helpfull the staff is. Its not a luxurious hotel, but I've stayed in 4 star hotels in Milan before & I prefer this one. Markos ,the new owner, even made our train reservation with his visa cart as we had to rush out to cath the tour of Milan & couldn't wait

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. But hardly anything in the room was working, including bathroom fixtures, refrigerator, and the like. There were also some suspicious stains on the wall, but no unexpected visitors arrived during the night. Extraordinary location. Great price. Friendly staff. But the facilities would need to be updated.

The hotel was not as good as I expected! The bathroom was smelly and it was quite dirty! We booked a room for 2 people but it only provided one set of towel for us!! We needed to keep the fan on thw wholel nite to keep the smell away (well, it wasn't very sucessful though..). However, the location was very convience though.. walkable distance to all the main attractions. Overall, it was overpriced for this hotel.....
