Owner made us feel very welcome and offered vouchers to visit attractions in Rotorua. We asked that only our rubbish needed doing on Saturday, but they kindly gave us a service - much appreciated. Al amenities were clean and well presented. Lovely stay and we will return sometime in the future

Room not bad but disapointed with spa in private courtyard,not very private with rooms and decks of motel next door looking down on you.

Excellent Hotel. Owners very friendly and helpful. They even put our clothes from the dryer in our room while we toured around for the day.
