Arrived late - room was outside main building, in a kind of extension. Lights outside were on all night; curtains were thin; made the room too light and so we did not get a good sleep. Traffic noise was bad. Staff not very friendly. No hairdryer available.

The owners at this hotel would bend over backwards for you. The service was great. Rooms are not large but for a night before or after you fly they are adequate. All facillities were very good.

location good, breakfast very good, room larger than most london hotels, very little aircraft noise, service excellent.

At first i was given a room with building material in it, floorboards and underlay, with the bed pushed in a corner and i was unable to reach the bathroom. So i had to go out to reception and ask to be moved into another room in which i could actually use the bathroom, and was moved to another room. this second room was fine.
