Very nice neighbourhood in the middle of garden. Nice view to old city of Siena. Short bus trip to the center and they sell bus tickets in the receoption. A very kind reception service and all the excursions we wantde was arranged perfectly.

Disappointing hotel in a beautiful town. I went with my husband for a short romantic break and we booked a double room. Our room was located in an extension of the hotel and we had a lovely view of a brick wall!. We asked for a double room but had 2 single beds shoved together that moved all over the place on a tiled floor. The walk to town takes about 30 minutes whic is fine but i would not recommend for seniors and disabeled. Gardens beautiful but during our visit (april) the pool looked sad: empty and fully of debris. Staff were reasonably helpful.
