Good central location and food. Car parking isn't guaranteed on site though- there was a wedding in the hotel during our stay and spaces are very limited. Be prepared for a lot of traffic noise if you are at the front of the hotel. Bathrooms were basic but overall a nice hotel with lovely decor and restaurant. Would go again.

After a transatlantic flight we arrived 6 hours before check in and were in bed within 20 minutes! The staff was more than accomodating and even loaned us 5 Euros for snacks because it was Sunday and no money changers were open. The car park was tight (and costs extra) and doubled as the scenic view from our room, switching from tub to shower was unfamiliar and the bathroom vent kept shutting off which made the whole room humid (windows only opened a tiny bit). Internet was intermittent and frustrating. The hotel was clean and inviting and we enjoyed the bar and restaurant. Location is very close to Quay street and shopping.

Great value for money! New, clean and very central located, close to all the main points of interest in town. Rooms ok, car safe in the parking area and free. Free internet for your laptop and works great. Breakfast included (which is a big deal in Ireland), but you have to ask the waiter for it. Swedish buffet woulkd be fast and easier to cope with.

Centrally located good hotel. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. Room was reasonable size & clean. Self service breakfast was good though service on toast was slow. Very good value on [website] at 80Euro B&B for double room. Subsidised car park directly behind hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights but our rooms was not serviced at all, our breakfast tray was still left in the room at 9pm that evening, we had to make our own bed and ring down to reception for clean towels. Breakfast wasn't great especially if you paid the going rate of €16.00 per person for it.

The hotel is 7-10 mins walk to the city centre and the bars and restaurants on Quay St. Room was comfortable, quiet and cosy. Bathroom was spacious, clean, well fitted and had good towels. Breakfasts were v. good with an good range of everything we have come to expect

The bedrooms are looking a bit 'tired' and the bathroom in particular in the room that we occupied needs to be refreshed. For instance the tiling and sealing around the bath are dirty and ragged. Generally the hotel was good.

Breakfast room is rather functional, but food is fine. Some very loud guests in early hours of the morning on the coridores, but that could happen anywhere. Location is excellent, rooms and bathrooms grand. Parking adjacent is good, but frequently full.

Difficult to locate for first time visitor - map provided did not reflect changed street layouts & one way systems. Reception staff rather off hand, but adequate Other staff (i.e. waiting staff very good - professional, but friendly and very helpful) Beautiful reception area. Room clean and fresh. Wasn't pre-warned about the water problem in Galway city - would like to have known about this prior to booking - given that it is a long standing problem (i.e. cannot drink the tap water or even use it for cleaning teeth). Hotel provides small bottled water for kettle in room & teeth cleaning.

Easy walk to City Centre, but quiet location. Very clean and modern. Couldn't check in until 2pm though, which was a shame.

Excellent service and accomodation. One reservation is that there was alot of noise from one of the function rooms as there was a party there. This went on to around 1:30 am.

Coming from the US I was extremely impressed with the facilities at this hotel. It's energy efficient and also very aesthetically pleasing. The only thing that was missing from this hotel was a view. Perhaps other units had views, but ours was of a road and the gas plant opposite the street. Otherwise, the service was great! The beds were comfortable! The food was good! And, the whole place was clean! Oh, did I mention the close proximity to all the shops, restaurants, and tours?
