We had a suite in the East Tower for our stay over Christmas. The room and room service were great, the only thing, I think it might be time to replace the couch that makes into a bed. The mattress was very thin and extremely uncomfortable for a 3 night stay. Might consider replacing them.

Perfect location in the middle of downtown by the river. The rooms are older. Old TV and filthy TV remote. There was some kind of high school event with a lot of kids in the hotel. Very noisy until late night. Staff didn't do anything about it.

Nothing better than getting to go to Louisville and stay in the famous Galt house. Great experience. Great bar. Perfect location. Make sure you leave your room early though, the elevators can take FOREVER. Only downfall to a great hotel.
