We really enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed three nights and enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff at the desk and at the door. They were very helpful giving us great guidance to find out where we needed to go. The lobby was very pretty and it was a comfortable place to hang out. great price for our San Francisco stay!!!

Staff was very helpful. Bed was comfortable a big plus, street noise during business hours, heavy curtains helped block the noise. Was quiet during late sleep hours. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

San Francisco, pretty city and pretty noisy, it seems, at night. There was a big construction going on across the street from our room, very noisy and it made it very difficult to sleep. The street noise is also considerable during the week (things beyond their control). The room: the bathroom fan was not working and after they 'fixed' it, it would only make noise and not extract any air from the bathroom. The shower curtain had that pink mold at the bottom. They "upgraded" us from a double bed room to a king+pull-out-sofa. This was done without our consent and before we even got there. This was a total DOWNGRADE. The staff seems friendly enough. I wouldn't stay here again.

We were doing a grandmother/mother/daughter trip and shared a room with 2 full beds. The room was not the largest, but it worked for us. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The bathrooms were extremely clean and I loved the terrace with the walking track on the 3rd floor. Would definitely stay here again. The rate could not be beat, although the mini bar was pricey. I did enjoy the affordable room service from the sushi/mexican cafe next door.

Beautiful old building. Our room was small but really when you have the whole city to explore all you need is a bed. The king bed was comfy. All the staff was friendly and polite. Centrally located to everything. (Shopping on Post is one block behind) Our 2 favorite pubs Murphy's and the Irish Bank inside the block. Great breakfast places within a few blocks. It was very relaxing.

Welcome home! Excellent staff, decent sized room and bathroom, comfortable bed/pillows, convenient location about 5 minutes to walk to Montgommery BART, Chinatown and Union Square. Good restaurant "Midi" at the hotel. STAY HERE.

A nice boutique hotel in a great location within walking distance to everything. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was relatively small but quite comfortable. There was a complimentary wine tasting hour in the lobby every evening. I would stay here again without hesitation.

It was a great little place to stay. About 2 blocks from Union Square and not far walking distance to other shopping, China Town, etc. Nice hotel, not pricey, good restaurant downstairs and happy hour in the afternoon of wine. Complementary coffee and tea every morning also.

Staff more than helpful, welcomed with opened arms. Room size a little small for a twin queen beds. Location very good, close to BART line for transport from the Airport. Plenty of eateries nearby. Would happily stay here again.

Chris, who checked me in, was fantastic and did a terrific job of telling me all about the hotel and its amenities. He is a true professional and deserves a raise! The hotel itself is a cute, very San Francisco hotel that has a cute modern style. I would highly recommend staying here to my friends.
