The Japanese and Chinese restaurants located within the hotel are very good! Rooms are standard hotel rooms. Nothing exciting or spectacular but adequate for business travel needs.

In general, it is perfect for visitors wanting to go to the exhibition centre, which is 5 - 10 minutes walking. However, do take note of their internet rates, which is rather peculiar. They put it this way " charge 1 yuan per minute and 125 per day". You will get the impression that if you use more than 2 hours in a day, either NON-STOP OR ACCUMULATED HOURS, then you pay a mximum of 125 yuan per day...BUT ..its is dead WRONG. It should be this way. "FOR EACH SESSION USED, 1 yuan per minute. Maximum charge is 125 yuan per session". So, if you want to save money. Log on the laptop the moment you start to work until you go to sleep. If you log on and off, you are charged a NEW session, everytime you log on. Other than that, it is all OK.

If you use this Hotel for business, for example my purpose was to intend the electronic fair, it was in walking distance, no need to wait for a Taxi. In the Hotel are a good selection of restaurants.

Quite happy with the hotel. Staffs are quite friendly and helpful though communicating in English can be a little difficult at time. The restaurant service is very good, and the price very cheap but food good. They even asked us for suggestions to improve. Location is the only let down for the hotel, for it is quite a distance from places like Nanjing Road and during peak hours can take a bit of time to get downtown. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to friend provided they are happy to take a taxi to go downtown.

It wasn''t a good hotel for us. Specially when we checked out. We were travelling with our baby and the staff not even helped us to bring our luggage, so I have to push the buggy with 1 hand and 1 hand carrying a big bag and my husband was carrying 3 big luggage and the staff just watched us, not offering help and when I ask help they don''t understand, which is stupid....We will never go back to this hotel again.
