The downtown area from touristic view is on the walking / shopping territory of Hannover city. This hotel is about two S/bahn station away from this area. The hotel itself is in the hotel area of Hannover, in the pelican district. The hotel itself is nice for a common demand and the pricing is moderate from a German view. The breakfast is great in cold food much better than the everyday standard in German hotels. There was a kitchen in the facility. Also good for families.

Nice rooms with tv, a kitchen and a fridge. The hotel is a old factory. You can park your car for free in front of the hotel.

I liked the hotel and found it to be good value for money. The few members of staff that I saw were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was very good, but I could not find the coffee. My only problem was finding the hotel. The map was very poor and I had to ask several people how to find the place. Please improve the level of detail on the map. I would stay there again.
