The only negative was that the beds were rock-hard, but you can request a mattress topper at the reception, which will make the beds usable. We had a very nice vacation at this resort and would stay there again without hesitation. The concierge will try hard to set you up with a time share, but if you just say no, they do not bother you again.

the hotel was okay- the staff were super friendly and accommodating. you needed it, they were quick to get it. the kids club was pretty much a fall back to the 70's. overall i would not return to this hotel. but it wan't awful. the food buffet was marginal at best. the pool area was gorgeous and so was the beach. the location was decent, far from DT- but very close to airport. the weather was good. it was a nice vacation. lots to do in cancun and surrounding area. go to isla mujeres, take ferry there, worth the money, rent golf cart for cheap. go to xe-hel- an eco water park- great for kids. an all day adventure. bridget

Rooms. Very clean and comfy. Beds very firm but if you like that like us you will be very comfy. Food. Just average, always could find something to eat. Staff. Friendly and accommodating. Amenities. Ok. But they are not too keen on giving out equip too play in ocean with. Always seemed toi have an excuse
