Furama City Centre Hotel Singapore Guest Reviews

2 out of 5

Good location but poor concierge service and expensive internet access.

The hotel is a very good mid-range option. The rooms were clean and tidy. View was OK (17th Floor), but windows were not very clean (there was also condensation, which didn't help). Breakfast in the restaurant was good, but options were a bit limited if you decided to have a late sitting. Staff were helpful, and provided really good advice to us when we were trying to work out how to get to various locations.

Mary at the front desk was great, very friendly and welcoming! The bathroom had mildew and the water spilled all over when you take a shower as there is only a half glass divider; the conditioning shampoo did not work; a sink in the bedroom is odd; the pillows were not comfortable; linen was poor quality. The pool was nice but the 6F hallway leading to it reaked of smoke. Had breakfast at Tiffany's and the service and food were poor. Location was good.
