Friendly Vallarta Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive is situated in one of the most beautiful bays of the Pacific, with a unique beachfront location in the heart of hotel area. It is only 10 minutes away from the airport and 5 minutes away from downtown Puerto Vallarta, the only waterfront Mexican Pueblito.

We have stayed at many different resorts in Puerto Vallarta over the years. Some were newer and bigger but we had more fun at this resort that any where else. The staff at the Friendly Hola are wonderful. They made the trip special. The rooms were spotless and large. The pool area doesn't get much better. We plan to go back next year.

We just came back from our holiday of 11 days on Dec. 3/11. This was our 3rd time staying at the Hola and the 12th in Puerto Vallarta. Some of the staff even remembered us and it had been about a year and a half since we had stayed there. It isn't anything fancy so if that is what you are looking for, don't come here. If you are looking for good food, good rooms and fantastic friendly service this IS the place for you. My husband had the steak at the specialty restaurant and said it was the best steak he had ever had in Mexico.

The hotel deserves the name because staff is very "friendly". Great place to have a vacation in a budget with all inclusive. The bar is not that impresive but they prepare all kinds of drinks. The food is great. I really enjoy the tropical party they have every Wednesday because it was a gourmet dinner. The Pastas were delicious!. The matress was kind of hard to me and the pillows puffy and hard. The have buffet during the day, and delicious tacos from 11 PM to 5 AM which I really appreciated for my hungry night and lighten the alcohol in my body. I recommend this hotel if you are not really looking for 5-star luxury, however, this is a modest hotel.

If you are a big party animal, this hotel isn't for you. It's great for families and adults who want a clean, comfortable, relaxing vacation. The staff is excellent, food and drinks are great, and evening entertainment is fun. The massages in the cabana on the beach were professional, and worth every penny. The other guests were primarily from Guadalajara and it also seems to be popular with Canadians. There are plenty of English speakers on staff, so language is not a problem. I will definitely stay here again.

It was great we really enjoy, the service from all the employes were very good and the food was good too. we love it for the price we actually pay for it.
