Location
Freedom Inn is nestled in Hokkaido in a quiet countryside of Hanazono. The inn gives visitors who want to ski and do other winter sports an ideal base to visit the area's four powdery ski fields which are Hanazono Ski Area, Hirafu Ski Area, Niseko Village Ski Resort and Niseko Annupuri Ski Area.

I fell in love with this Inn when I first stepped in. With 18 cosy rooms, it is a boutique hotel indeed. I felt that I was a guest in someone's home. We were on our honeymoon and the Inn's staff spared no expense at making it a *special* time for us. They welcomed us with a bottle of champagne and went out of their way with making dinner recommendations and reservations. It was personalised service - and you'll never find that in a large hotel. It is located right next to the Hanozono 308 Ski Facility, very convenient for skiers. The hotel also offered free transportation service from the JR railway station. They also provide a free shuttle service in the evenings to and from the nearby towns for dinner. The deluxe double room was spacious & had modern amenities like a wide flat screen television, DVD player, Hi-fi set and an ipod docking station! This hotel deserves nothing less than my compliments. 5-stars!
