What a find. This really is home away from home. The guests are mainly long stay so the staff have a great relationship with them knowing many by name. The rooms are excellent - love the plug and play broadband at USD 1.5 (yes less than 2 dollars) a day. Rooms are spaceous with fully equiped kitchens, washing machines and dryers and you even get your own phone number. Breakfast is excellent with some really chatty staff although there are lots of families so it does get a bit crowded. Great pool, good location - a very pleasant alternative to a hotel. Highly recommended.

Visited Singapore with my wife, three young kids and mother-in-law - thanks to Fraser still managed to have a good time! 2 bedroom apartment was spacious enough for 6 of us. Pool area was nice with good kids'' pool and whirlpool/jacuzzi. Restaurant also good with excellent bakery. Breakfast choice changed daily offering Singaporean, Indian, Western etc food as main option. Would definitely recommend these serviced apartments to families staying in Singapore for a week or longer. So handy to have a washing machine dryer and kitchen stuff - basically everything we needed. Location great with some excellent restaurants and a large shopping mall just a short walk away. Shuttle bus very convenient, but taxis inexpensive anyway. Fraser adds some nice touches like complimentary food basket and an orientation of the extensive and well-maintained facilities on arrival. Would almost certainly stay again if travelling to Singapore with my family.

I would most definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, esp. if they have families. Very good value for money. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Streetside restaurants within 5 mins walking distance give a good choice of local cuisine and good value for money. If you wish to buy the lovely decoration that are in the rooms, you must place your order as it takes around 2 weeks to get them. Ask the staff. Breakfast is wonderful.
