Good choice - basement car park, central location and spacious airy feel. Stayed in Room 503. While Front Desk was excellent, signs of complacency shows, little details like: (1) erratic hot/cold water and showerhead with unaligned spray. (2) towels with fray edges should be retired long long ago! (3) do not RECYCLE used sponge provided at the kitchenette. (4) mugs provided not properly washed. (5) Need to instal a powerful fume exhaust at Egg station (in cafe) oily smell lingers - on clothes - after having breakfast.

Calling housing keeping for many times, but no one answer. The service is so bad. Facilities (e.g. swimming pool)is not that clean.

This hotel was a nice find. The room was very adequate - spacious enough with a comfortable bed and nice work area. The only drawback is that the hotel is a bit "off the path" - it's a bit of a hike up toe Ploenchit and more restaurants, shopping and the Skytrain...

2 bedroom suite bedrooms a bit cramped. Pool spectacular, but not enough lounges. Gym spectacular but, great views and very open, but there needs to be more equipment and better placement of equipment. Staff ok, not as friendly as others in BKK. Breakfast better than it used to be, but still not up to other places in BKK.
