Best location, close to public transport and parking was available within easy reach. Breakfast was very good Only the airconditioner was noisy and had to be turned off, Even though we reported it to the reception they did not repair it.

Very good price with breakfast included. The location is central and there are two internet pc.

We arrived on an extremely hot day and there was no chilled water in the fridge or ice available, so we had to go out again to get a cool drink. We were given an upgrade and appreciated the free internet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast at $15 was basic but acceptable.

Convenient to transport, shops (actually almost everything in Melbourne). Quiet location, friendly staff. Only one of two places I would stay when in Melbourne. Cooking facilities make it even better !! Only things missing are an extra chair (1 in a 2 person room doesn't make sense when there is room) and maybe a small table (in addition to the existing desk).
