Overall, we are quite satisfied with our 3-bedroom apartment and its facilities. It is a great location for access to Central Market and Rundall Mall. However, the beds are uncomfortable and that is an unfortunate setback for a 5 night stay. Also, kitchen implements could be in cleaner condition and wireless internet should be available. After several overseas trip the local experience is a disappoint. The location is so close to the central market, good to buy fresh food and eat out. The apartment has plenty space, but the renovation shows age, the veneer from cabinet start peeling off, window blind very old, washing machine and dryer make so much noise. Room decoration is close to none. Overall the apartment need a face lift.

Central position makes it ideal to both catch up with family and also easy access for airport and shopping both nearby and buses to major shopping centres

Never go here: small print is a trap. Pre-request for two bedroom for four people = 1 double, 1 dog box and one sofa bed; pre-request for car parking = on availability and $15; re-request for smoking room = no check in comment from hotel but a request for a $200 bond from which the hotel unilaterally took $100 upon the word of the housemaid that the apartment was full of smoke (I in fact had one cigarette with the exhaust fan on in the bathroom when I saw the sign "thank you for not smoking". The hotel is very well located.....FULL STOP....because the fine print was never made clear

Over the hotel isn't bad. More for budget families or large groups. Large rooms with all amenities including kitchen and laundry work well. No luxuries or cutting edge design here, just an inexpensive place for the family or soccer team to rest their head.
