Getting There & Around
The Champagne region where Espenay is found is about a two-hour drive from downtown Paris. However, after flying into the Charles de Gaulle International Airport, the trip to Espenay is much shorter. Those coming to the region can also take the TGV train from Paris to Reims, which takes less than an hour.
Once in town, visitors can travel by either taxi or public transit. A rental car will be needed to reach distant wineries. The use of a portable GPS will help to navigate the countryside easily, making the trip more enjoyable
