Getting There & Around
Paris has the closest international airport, and there are trains and coaches that will travel the 287 km trip to Chinon if you do not wish to drive. The rail stops at nearby Tours, where you will be able to take a bus or rent a car to complete your trip. If you choose to drive, you will use the A10 toll road.
Many people enjoy biking around the city, but you should hire a car if you are travelling to other cities.
