Overall staff services was good, but the room size is too small, blanket was old and not clean, toilet was not clean. toilet is too small and cannot sit on the commode.

Hotel room was small and compact as per most cheaper Singapore hotels. Queen Bed, Desk, Wardrobe and combined Sower/Toilet/sink area as the bathroom. Perfect Hotel room if you use it as a base to sleep. 15 mins walk from the MRT station or a couple of dollars in a Taxi. In a safe, clean area good food in the hawkers market a few mins walk up Ballister Road. Staff were friendly and helpful. All front Desk staff are multi lingual. Great alternative to the cheap and nasty hotels of the red light district i have previously stayed at.

-There's small cockroaches crawling beneath the bed. -The water heater needs time to be heated and need to control the water temperature from time to time during bath. -Not near enough to MRT.

first, the room is small, then the first time we move in the room is smelly, after the air con was on, then the smell gone. then the towel is not clean. after we have shower, all the floor was wet, they don't have towel in front of their bathroom.
