Very friendly staff! I was not aware that I would get breakfast included in the price, so that was an added bonus. This is no fancy schamcy hotel, but for being this central, you get a lot for your money. I would recommend to friends and also stay there again. Lots of great middle eastern delicious foods nearby.

Great location. However can be noisy and breakfast needs work. Bed is spring based. Hot and cold water taps are back the front. But would stay again- once you get used to it

Ibooked this hotel for my daughter and 2 teenage kids to give them a chance of visiting London. I had stayed there 45 years ago when I was o nmy honeymoon, and always know how good the location and service was. They found the staff friendly and helpful,and had a clean room and en suite , though it was a little on the small side.Good for a budget holiday. Close to underground and bus stops.

near by the underground station. good breakfast! good choice if you try to save money. only disadvantage is no Wifi and you gotta to carry baggage to walk up staircases without lift. as old buliding, dripping water from ceiling as i stayed at the top floor.
