Worst stay ever-first of all, I booked on line and booked room with breakfast-when I got there, they told me breakfast was not included and only agreed it was after I showed my confirmation email, not a good start-then found a used sanitary pad in the bathroom bin-they offered me another room, then down graded me-then had a hotel room attendant walk in on me half dressed with no knock, just opened the door with his key and came straight in. When I booked my room, I rang the hotel to ask for a good room as it was a special occasion and I really wanted a great night and they certainly gave us an unforgettable night-this hotel should not be a 5 star hotel.please be careful if looking to stay at this hotel.

Great location. Hotel receptionists were helpful to accommodate our request for early check in. Most of the staffs are very friendly and helpful. However, the Grain Bar's staffs made several attempts for every 2 minutes to kick all guests out of the bar by midnight even though they still had to finish their drinks which are already paid for, making the guests feel like they were there begging for free drinks. Buffet breakfast was basic, nothing special but charged at AUD40 per head. Upon check out, our hotel room charge came up, even though it was all pre-paid when making reservation. It took 15 minutes for them to fix the billing problem, while we were rushing to go to the airport. Overall, we never experienced such poor quality in any hotel of this brand like this before, and wouldn't recommend anyone or going back.

Hotel great. We did not eat at the hotels restaurant as there were lots of cheaper options in the area. Would like to have had the odd breakfast at the hotel but prices too high.

To wait over 5mins for an elevator is ridiculous. This happened 4 times . Check in & out was slow. On check in I was told we were being upgraded ( if we want to wait for 1.5hrs ! What a joke ! Will never stay here again Noises from the next room were very loud. When room service delivered to our room, the staff member even made comment !

We used the Four Seasons as a place to try to recover from a direct flight (with a couple of 2 hour breaks) from Barcelona. For this it served the purpose well - the staff were extremely helpful and willing to service the room at the time of our request. But it is seriously well positioned for a visit to Sydney, has great staff and is well appointed

definitely a 5 star hotel. a few things: overnight hotel parking is extremely expensive at $59, however- I really appreciated how they let me keep my car parked out the front for ~40 mins whilst i checked in and freshened up as they said i could 'take my time' before returning to move my car and look for street parking. the other issue- there were no slippers in the room- and no complimentary biscuts or something like that to have with the complimentary coffee which would have been a nice 5star touch.

Had a great welcoming at the Four Seasons. Was upgraded to a harbour view room which was just magnificent! Lovely spacious room, king bed, amazing view. Service from the time we stepped out of our taxi right through to getting to our room was the best I have ever experienced in my travels. Have never had a staff member walk me to reception and then to the lift. Great friendly staff. Location was the best, very close to Circular Quay and the Rocks. Buffet breakfast was too expensive so we opted to go out for brekkie. Not far to go to get to a cafe plenty to choose from along Circular Quay. Would definitely recommend and also stay again.

I bought this on a flash sale - amazing value. My wife and I stayed on a Sunday night to celebrate her birthday. The hotel was quiet but the room was fabulous and very big for something located so near circular quay and the rocks. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend particularly for overseas guests as everything iconic such as the Harbor Bridge, Opera House are all very close.

Fantastic stay at the Four Seasons! The bed was the amazing... So comfortable it was hard to get out of! The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel has everything you need right there. The gym facilities are great, and even in the middle of winter the pool was very warm. I won't hesitate to stay there again next time I'm in Sydney!

The rooms are nothing special very small and baths are tiny. air con did not work in the room and once i bought it to there attention the unit was still not fixed so we had a cold nights sleep.we also had to close the blinds so that a cold draft wouldnt come throu so the view was wasted. The ironing board was totally bent and was unusable. Would not stay here again and get alot better service for the price i paided.

I have stayed twice now. Fantastic location right across the road from Circular Quay and walking distance to great bars, restaurants & shopping. Awesome views of Opera House & Harbour Bridge from your room. Very friendly & efficient service. Only down side is the noise of the traffic, but hey who needs sleep in this beautiful city!!!

The room we stayed in was a city harbour view and didn't disappoint. The location to the Rocks was great and the staff from house keeping to front desk couldn't do enough for us. I will go back.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and found it a great place to stay and a first rate hotel. Desk staff and concierge went above and beyond and were extremely friendly and helpful. The only problem we found were staff at the Day Spa who were very rude when we attempted to book in for a treatment, otherwise a very pleasent stay as it always is.
