Hotel is ideally situated if you are going to Bangkok to shop as it is right in the centre of the shopping district. We really enjoyed our stay in an executive room (a little small) but the bathroom was huge. Food was excellent both breakfast and dinners. Gym was well equipped and staff were most attentive. Pool is a little small but as you don't really go here to sunbathe it was adequate. Nice touch were the cold towels distributed and the glasses of cold water which were complimentary.

I can''t praise this hotel enough. Exceptional service, quality ... a knock out. Marvelous breakfast, magnificent Thai food. Very thoughtful and helpful service attitude.
