Excellent location,warm welcoming and friendly staff. It was great staying at Four Points by Sheraton, my first time in Dubai and at a hotel in Dubai. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Thanks to the entire staff of the hotel for making me feel at" home away from home."

An internet terminal in the lobby would have been great. Rooms were great and I was allowed to check in very early with no extra charge.
