We booked through this website because we had a credit available. When we checked in, we asked if we could have a King Bed rather than 2 Queens (there was just 2 of us). We were told this was unavailable because of how we booked. Then we asked if we could use our membership card for points for the balance owing, but that we were told was unavailable to us as well. When we got to our room, it was about as far from the lobby as could be which was no big deal but as we passed by, all the other rooms had a special hotel members plaque on the doors. Ours did not even tho we were members. It was disappointing!
