Good hotel but I thought that four points was a premium hotel chain.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent and there was always lots available. The area was very pretty with trees along the boulevard to shade us from the warm sun. The mountains in the background provided an excellent view from our window. We were close to the restaurants for an evening meal and close to the subway for easy access to the rest of the city, and only 20 minutes from the airport. When in Santiago, we will stay there again.

Good location for visiting Santiago, close to the metro and walking distance to Providencia. Very clean, friendly staff, however it looks like a Sheraton anywhere in the World, ie. zero local character. The one thing that was extremely frustrating was the the staff constantly treated one as being stupid and quoted everything in US dollars. I constantly had to ask for prices in Chilean Pesos. In addition the concierge tried to book one on far over-priced tours and wasn't too helpful with reservations when I wanted to take the bus to the Concha y Toro vineyard, which was perfectly feasible and a quarter of their price. This aside, the hotel was good for visiting Santiago.

The location was fantastic, close to The subway station, staff friendly and excellent customer sevice. The Tour staff was very helpful people. The only issue is the level of noise at night from Thrusrday until Saturday from the pubs and discos near the hotel.

Excellent location, but if your room faces Calle Suecia, which is full of night clubs, you may have problems to sleep, because the music can be listened in your room untill 4 AM on fridays or saturdays. Excellent breakfast, don't miss it.

I stayed one day at the four points on my way to Arica up north in Chile and liked everything about the hotel. Nice breakfast, people was very caring and attended always with a smile, even when I went down to the lobby at 3 am after an adapter for my laptop power suply. I spoke with a guy at the lobby the next day to receive guidance on where to go shopping, he provided me with a map and drew in the places of reference, like the Hotel, metro and the shopping. Very nice !!! I will go to Santiago next february and pretend to stay with my family at the Four Points!!

Friendly people, good rooms, better place near busses and metro stations. The bathroom of my room needed a check-up to be in perfect shape but I really recommend it!
