Was very pleased with accodations and location. Just wish they would provide free Internet access in the room. High rate charged to access Internet.

Good hotel but I thought that four points was a premium hotel chain.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent and there was always lots available. The area was very pretty with trees along the boulevard to shade us from the warm sun. The mountains in the background provided an excellent view from our window. We were close to the restaurants for an evening meal and close to the subway for easy access to the rest of the city, and only 20 minutes from the airport. When in Santiago, we will stay there again.
