Four Points Hotel By Sheraton Navi Mumbai Guest Reviews
The service did not correspond a 5-star hotel. Even not a 4-star. Inspite of the fact that I booked a double, upon arrival we got a room with 2 single beds. On the top of it, everything in the room was prepared only for 1 person - 1gown, 1 pair of slippers, etc. Next day I complained and we got another room - with a double bed, but, alas, still the same - 1 gown, but this time no slippers, no toiletries. The restaurant in the hotel serves edible, but not really tasty food for pretty high prices. In the end of our stay it appeared that receptionists did smth wrong with our voucher that we showed upon our arrival and they tried to charge us the room price once again. They made a complete mess out of the documents. Our impressions of Mumbai were badly spoiled by staying in this hotel. We will never again use Sheraton and we will never recommend anybody to stay there.
