Great room! But no free breakfast. Location is great also.

The room was nice but the front entrance has steps and no ramp. Small elevators at the end of the building and not centrally located. Also, now they charge for parking.

The hotel was booked by mistake 2 weeks prior to the trip. Within hours we contacted Orbitz and the Hotel to cancel the reservation as the hotel is in the wrong town. Orbitz told us that we have to speak to the hotel. The hotel staff and management were rude and refused to be helpful. Even though it was two weeks prior to our intended stay and called in within hours of the reservation, they refused a refund. We ended up staying at a different hotel and paying for it and loosing the money that was paid here. We have filed complaints with the California Attorney General, the Bay Area BBB, the Sheraton Corporate Office as well as the California Hotel and Lodging Association (of which this hotel is not a part of and thus not endorsed). The hotel is owned by Paradigm Hotel Group. The phone number on their website does not work, half the pages on their website don't work and there is no way to get in touch with them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! It's a poorly run franchise of Sheraton and should not be associated with the good Sheraton name.

The room was decent, but it was a windy night and the wind howled through the window all night as it was poorly sealed. Unable to get the heater to work, we were cold. Also, the people in the room above us must've been doing jumping jacks and we called the front desk. They did nothing about it. The carpets in the hallway were disgustingly filthy, although the room was clean. Again, a fair value, but nothing to write home about!
