We arrived after a 5 1/2 hr drive in the pouring rain mostly (should have been a 3 hr drive) the staff were very nice & even upgraded us to a front room. The view was great (even during the rain). It was very close to Cockle Bay wharf where we boarded the Matilda 111 for a cruise of the Harbour on Saturday night. We went for a walk, shopping & had lunch on Sunday at Cockle Bay Wharf. I suggested to member of staff ...would be better if you could pay for the parking when booking and paying for the room (I did ask & was told no we couldn't) Save queing when checking out. Had trouble getting our car out of the car park, it wouldn't accept the card. Staff were great once again.

Recently refurbished rooms which are well appointed , clean and comfortable. The hotel is well located close to transport; King Street Wharf; Darling Harbour; and the CBD. Great place for a short or a long stay with plenty of eateries near by.

Being just next to the fabulous Darling Harbour is pretty hard to beat, making this fine hotel a good place to stay in after the awesome Oz day fireworks and a round of champagne. The room is small though and amenities are wanting. A pool/spa/sauna after a whole day of shopping and sightseeing would have made it picture perfect for a 4-star hotel.

Customer service was absolutely amazing. Loved our room, easy access to all travel etc Great breakfast. Most important very clean, all round great couple of days.
