Very good location and very good service. Spacious suites, clean and at a very good price. Very good breakfast buffet was included. Need to pay for wi-fi and parking. Very satisfied with hotel.

This hotel had a good location two blocks from the convention center and several blocks from Long street with nice shops and restaurants. The staff were very pleasant. The restaurant good but not great. I could not initially find the bathroom as the entry looks just like one of the storage closets in the bedroom. The bathroom entry was not convenient particularly in the middle of the night as there were no outside windows and no night light. There was no desk in the room although there was plenty of space for one. The hotel was rated 4 stars but I would give it a three star rating.

Great Hotel and excellent value. Really friendly reception staff. The evening buffet meal was good quality but higher priced than other local restaurants, so didn't opt for breakfast. Location is between city centre and the V & A harbour (1.6km). Good for the hop on hop off bus (400m away). I booked an airport shuttle for 3.30pm, which arrived 12hrs too early!!!

Very clean and good hotel, Very good and big rooms which any facility you would he. Only one negative thing, the internet is not free!
