Fortuna Hotel Hanoi Guest Reviews
High price for an average hotel, internet does not always work, Wi-fi does not support apple or Iphone products. Th only Japanese restaurant does not allow smaller group of people to eat. Front office staff always very suspicions and angry attitude. Management always not available.Not recommended to stay with kids and family.
