Good location and convenience of nearby trains to Venice spoiled by unfriendly staff and manager having strong arguments with staff, who seemed oblivious to the possibility that guests may understand "strong" Italian language.

The hotel is ok, but it's 15 km away from Venice train station. So if you are without a car, it's quite complicated to get to to Venice. It is an ideal hotel for those, who come to Venice by car. It's relatively cheap and cozy. Personell is friendly, service is fast. Breakfast is simple, but just across the street there is a shop, where you can buy food.
