The facilities were great, but service in regards to items such as towels and tissue were not availble. There was a half roll of tissue in each bathroom which ran out the first day and bath towels were not avaiable after the first day too. But overall, everything was great!

We arrived late afternoon. Checking in was swift. The appartement was refreshingly clean with all amenities in good working order. The dining table was properly laid and beds fresh and clean. All rooms with TV plus TV in living area. Internet facility also. Absolutely no complaints. 2 bathrooms and wahing and drying facilities. Great value for money. I will come back

I will always try to stay with them when I go to Orlando we had a great time, so much better than staying in a resort.

Our stay at the home was very pleasant as the house was very beautiful. We were nine people and could still enjoy privacy. I would never stay in a hotelroom again. one very annoying thing was that we called the office , talked to the maintenance people , even passed by the office to tell the telephone was not working , they looked at it ,and never came back to tell us anything. We left and still the telephone wasn't working . very bad service not even an appology

The house was very nice but a little bit further from Disney than specified. It was located off a golf course. The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet. Easy access to stores and to Orlando. The pool was very nice though it would use some more detailed maintenance. The equipment in the house (kitchen, dining room) was very good. Overall cleanliness was good, some stains on the carpet, and the artificial plants were dusty. Overall experience was great and I would recommend staying in one of the Florida Store Vacation homes. It was one of the better vacation experiences I had.
