We spent 4 great nights. The hotel is fantastically situated, the suite truly great and the staff wonderful. It was very sad to learn that the hotel will be closing in February. Can't think why. We would certainly want to stay there again. Brian + Eva James Johannesburg South Africa

The location could not be better, it is within walking distance to most of the major attractions. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities with excellant service from the staff. A top hotel, we would recommend it to anyone wanting a reasonably priced and comfortable place to stay. We would stay again, a really enjoyable experience.

We stayed here for four nights recently and the room was adequate and within great wlking distance to Times Square. The staff were rude and the complimentary continental breakfast is nothing to write home about. The lights in some of the lamps were not working and although we asked a few times, the bulbs were never replaced, but tips were always expected! Would we stay there again? Maybe, but only for the location. Do not think this hotel is a 4 star rating at all.

in wenigen Minuten gelangt man sowohl zum Time Square, als auch zur 5th Avenue. Saubere, grosszügige Zimmer.

From the moment we arrived staff made us feel like guests. Nothing was too much bother. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The location was excellent being near everything but in a quieter street. I would go back and would have no hesitation in recommending to a friend.
